This is a regional role based in the North of England, with regular national travel.

About the Role
As the Soft Services Auditor, you will be responsible for the on-site monitoring and performance of our soft facilities management services across the LIFT portfolio, ensuring that delivery meets the required service standards and customer expectations. This will involve working closely with the Facilities Contract Manager and Assistant Facilities Contract Manager to ensure contractual obligations are being met and overseeing resolution / service improvement plans as required.
You will act with a high degree of autonomy engaging with our supply chain partners, building, managing, and maintaining productive relationships, specifically with regards to our internal customers. This role requires commensurate experience and understanding of contract management best practices / service standards (ideally within a Public Sector environment).
