Soft Services Area Manager
Edinburgh (Multi-Site)
£38,000 - £40,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance
Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 2:00am (flexibility required)
Permanent | ASAP Start
We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites across Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operational leader with a background in Cleaning, Soft Services or Facilities Management who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of soft services across a portfolio of sites.
- Lead, support and develop on-site management teams.
- Ensure service standards, compliance and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Manage staffing levels, budgets, stock control and operational performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive health & safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews.
About You
- Proven experience in a multi-site Soft Services, Cleaning or Facilities Management role.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing operational budgets and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
