Role Overview

An experienced AI exposure engineer is needed for an established Asset Management giant who are at the beginning of a major enterprise-wide AI journey.

Key Requirements

It does not matter if you were an AI Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or AI Engineering Lead, as long as you can showcase understanding of AI systems and how they are deployed on a wider scale.

This is a greenfield AI leadership role. The business has already invested in AI and currently has teams across the group working on multiple parts of AI-assisted development, however, what they currently require is someone who can come in with financial services knowledge to sit with the CTO and understand how to put it all together.

The key question for this hire is: "How do we use AI across the enterprise and, more importantly, how do we actually execute it?"

Despite the role requiring heavy business and stakeholder communication, it is still requiring someone who has an engineering background so they can understand the whole end-to-end process of development, what should be prioritized by different teams across the group, and also what parts of the business can benefit from the AI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
