Senior Software Architect / Technical Lead (C++)
Hybrid | East Midlands

Are you a Software Architect, Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or Lead Developer looking for a role that combines architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on engineering?
We're working with an established technology business seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex software solutions while mentoring and developing a team of engineers. You'll play a key role in solution architecture, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technical decision-making across the full software lifecycle.

What You'll Bring
- Strong commercial experience with C++
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing software engineers
- A track record of designing and delivering complex software solutions
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on involvement when required
Nice to Have
- SQL knowledge
- Java Experience
- Experience in logistics, warehouse automation, intralogistics, manufacturing, or industrial software environments
