Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft full stack technologies, including Exchange, Intune, Security, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dataverse. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex solutions that leverage these technologies to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft full stack technologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, create architectural designs, and develop implementation plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and incorporate them into the architectural designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and customize solutions on Microsoft 365 – SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Build and enhance custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Implement Copilot extensibility using plugins, connectors, APIs, adaptive cards, and Microsoft Graph.
- Develop AI-powered use cases leveraging Azure OpenAI / Microsoft Foundry, grounded on enterprise data.
- Participate in tenant-to-tenant migrations and enterprise content/email migration projects.
- Work with Architects and Leads to translate business requirements into scalable M365 solutions.
- Follow Wipro delivery, security, and documentation standards.

Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft full stack technologies.
- Strong hands-on 10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 development.
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Security, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure, and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
- Solid experience with SharePoint Online development and migration (SP 2010/2013/2016/2019/SPSE → SPO).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams development and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Agent Toolkit.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI and/or Microsoft Foundry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and M365 extensibility.
- Experience with migration tools (Microsoft native / ShareGate, Metalogix, Quest, Binary Tree).

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies and platforms.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
