Role: Telecom Architect
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Billing Operations Analyst to oversee end-to-end billing operations, revenue assurance, invoicing processes, reconciliation activities, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, expertise in billing systems, and experience driving process improvements while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing activities for customers and clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation, validation, and distribution.
- Perform billing reconciliation and revenue verification activities.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, exceptions, and customer disputes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Monitor billing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Prepare billing reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior billing analysts and provide operational guidance.
- Participate in system enhancement and billing transformation projects.

Required Skills:
- SLA and time management
- SQL and Unix, Linux

- Basic knowledge of telecom/network operations (preferred)
Domain Skill:
- Strong background in Telecom and Mobile Applications
- Knowledge of telecom service operations and billing systems
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in telecom or IT infrastructure operations
- Understanding of alarm monitoring and fault management systems
- Knowledge of escalation and incident management processes
- Ability to work in shift-based environments (24 by 7 operations)
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Exposure to SLA and KPI management and compliance
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or CRM platforms.
- SQL knowledge for data validation and reporting.
