Software Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Robert Walters is working in partnership with a global software technology business; they specialise in helping global enterprise sized businesses to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their processes. Through advanced tools and technology, they enable better oversight and streamlined operations for their clients.
They are keen to appoint a Software Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong software background, on a remote / hybrid working model from the Birmingham offices. Salary range for the appointment will pay a range of £100,000 to £120,000 plus package.
Software Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Duties:
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director (MD) and key group stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives and requirements.
- Conduct a thorough assessment to determine whether an insourced or outsourced model is most suitable for the organisation.
- Analyse/Evaluate the current technology function to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and align technology with business goals.
- Develop a clear, actionable roadmap outlining the future state of the organization's technology estate.

Software Chief Technology Officer (CTO):
Essential:
- Strong software background: C#, Node.js, React, .Net
- Multi Cloud - Azure, AWS, GCP
- Systems Architecture and produce proof of concept
- Business Processes
