Software Compliance Analyst | SCCM/MECM & Intune | World Renowned Arts Institution | 4-day Week

Day rate: £340/day (Outside IR35)

Location: London, hybrid (3 days on site for the first 2 weeks, then 1 day a week)
Contract length: 6 months
Working pattern: 4-day week

A world-renowned arts institution needs a contractor to own patching and compliance across close to 2,000 machines for six months, covering a period of maternity leave. They are halfway through moving the estate from MECM to Intune, so you will run both in parallel the whole way through. Keep everything patched, compliant and audit-ready while that migration swings underneath you. It is a technology team of around 25 supporting a 1,300 strong organisation.

You work with the Information Security and Service Desk teams, keeping the estate compliant and audit-ready and reporting to a monthly steering group. No ramp: you need to know both MECM and Intune well enough to work solo and be ready for the October patch cycle from close to day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
