Software Consultant (UK) - TMS CarLo®

Shape the Future of Logistics with Soloplan

At Soloplan, we develop industry-leading software solutions for the transport and logistics sector. Our Transport Management System (TMS) CarLo® helps freight forwarders, logistics providers and transport companies digitalise and optimise their daily operations.

With more than 250 employees across our international locations, we combine innovation, teamwork and industry expertise to deliver software solutions that make a real difference for our customers. Become part of our international team and help shape the future of logistics.

To strengthen our growing presence in the United Kingdom, we are looking for a customer-oriented Software Consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, delivering successful software implementations and helping users get the most out of our solutions.

Your Role

As a Software Consultant, you will support customers throughout the entire implementation process, from project kick-off to successful go-live. You will analyse customer requirements, configure our software accordingly and ensure users are fully prepared through professional consulting and training.

Working remotely from your home office anywhere in the United Kingdom, you will regularly travel to customer sites and collaborate closely with colleagues at our headquarters in Kempten, Germany. While the role is currently fully remote, Soloplan is continuing to expand its presence in the UK and may establish a local office in the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
