Are you passionate about new technologies and keen to join an innovative, international company?
Symtrax invites you to join its team and develop your skills in advanced technological fields, as you step into a new phase of your career that combines diversity, technology, and forward thinking.
Symtrax is a global software company with more than 35 years of experience delivering document automation and e-invoicing solutions to organizations around the world, and maintains technological partnerships with major players; we are SAP Software Partner, Microsoft Gold Certified, and IBM I Business Partner.
As governments around the world introduce mandatory e-invoicing and digital tax reporting requirements, demand for intelligent automation and compliance software continues to accelerate. Symtrax is at the forefront of this transformation.
You'll work with organizations across a wide range of industries in UK, Ireland, and EU. Our cloud-based Compleo Invoice Platform (CIP) helps businesses automate Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), e-invoicing, compliance, and document processes while integrating seamlessly with leading ERP and business systems.
What you’ll do
Part of a small team based in Central London, Kensington, you will act as the bridge between business requirements and IT processes, helping our customers analyse, automate, and optimise a wide range of business workflows while ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions with their existing information systems.
Our software solutions, whether deployed in On-Premise or SaaS environments, integrate with customers' existing systems to automate and streamline various business processes, including data management, process validation, and operational approval workflows across multiple industries.
This position is primarily based in our office, with the majority of customer support, implementation, and consulting activities delivered remotely. Occasional travel will be required to attend customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and other business activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
