Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
Location: Hybrid working - 3 days onsite at Dunton office SS15
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

As a Software Data Services Customer Success Manager working hybrid in Dunton, Essex, you will be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of our award-winning, people-first culture.
What you will be doing:
Support Data Services customers by driving product adoption, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Working closely with customers, dealers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders, you will help maximise customer value, retention, and satisfaction.
During a typical day, you will:
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and best practices.
- Manage customer enquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations.
- Collaborate with technical and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Identify customer risks and opportunities to improve retention.
- Support reporting, invoicing, account administration, and collections activity.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in customer service, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent English language skills.

A Bit More About Your Role:
As a Software Data Services Customer Success Manager, you'll help customers maximise the value of their connected vehicle solutions through onboarding, product adoption, account support, and issue resolution. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, improve retention, and drive long-term success. This fast-paced role offers a mix of customer relationship management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on both customer satisfaction and business growth.
