🚀 Help shape the future of streaming, broadcasting and digital content delivery at UKTV
It's an exciting time to join UKTV. As we embark on an ambitious multi-year growth strategy, we're looking for a Software Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of products and platforms that power our broadcast, streaming and operational technology capabilities.
Working within our Product Delivery team, you'll play a key role in delivering transformative change across the media supply chain, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive real business value.
What you'll be doing
- ✅ Leading Agile Scrum teams to successfully deliver software products and technology initiatives
- ✅ Managing multiple delivery workstreams across complex digital and technology environments
- ✅ Driving sprint planning, release planning and delivery governance
- ✅ Removing delivery impediments and managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities
- ✅ Coaching teams on Agile best practices and fostering high-performing delivery cultures
- ✅ Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure strategic roadmaps become successful outcomes
- ✅ Using delivery metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from experienced delivery professionals who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience delivering software products in Agile environments
- Proven success managing multiple software delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, BitBucket and CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
