About the Role
We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives, including:
- Software delivery projects
- Manage and run group programmes/ projects
- Application management and BAU oversight
- Tooling, configuration, and deployments of key deliverables
- Coordination and leadership of offshore teams
- Close collaboration with enterprise-level stakeholders

Retail or Ecommerce experience for this role
Required Skills
- ✅ Software Delivery / Programme Management
- ✅ Proven track record managing enterprise-level stakeholders & governance frameworks
- ✅ Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- ✅ Managed software programmes/ multiple projects
Preferred Skills
- Product-based company experience
- Retail, SaaS, or e-commerce environment
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams
