About The Role
MCS Group is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Software Developer to join a well-established and rapidly growing tech company based in Belfast. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic, cross-functional product team operating in an agile environment. As a Software Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining impactful applications that aim to make a positive difference in people's lives. Qualifications
- Proven experience in.NET software development, with a focus on building robust applications.
- Strong proficiency in C#, with familiarity with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern development frameworks is desirable.
- A genuine interest in both frontend and backend development, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and enhance applications using.NET technologies, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.
