About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates within our designated industry sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment or a related sales environment. A proven track record of achieving targets and managing client relationships is essential. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are crucial. A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and social media platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including databases, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and coordinating the interview process between clients and candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment advice.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, and continuously developing your industry knowledge.
- Contributing to team targets and participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and industry understanding.
