About The Role

The role at Hays offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. As part of our recruitment division, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, engaging with both clients and candidates to understand their needs, and delivering optimal recruitment solutions. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to develop effective sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and facilitate successful placements that contribute to our clients’ growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is preferred, with a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on client requirements.
  • Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and providing expert advice on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records.
  • Generating reports on recruitment activities.
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
