About The Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our comprehensive software development training program designed for entry-level candidates and career changers. This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and eager to develop practical coding skills that are directly applicable to industry demands. The program is structured into four progressive steps, starting with foundational HTML and CSS training, advancing through more complex programming languages and tools, culminating in a guaranteed job placement with a competitive starting salary between £25,000 and £40,000. As part of this role, participants will receive full tutor support, mentoring, and access to industry-recognized certifications, preparing them to secure their first role in software development, website administration, or programming. The program offers flexible learning options, allowing candidates to progress at their own pace, whether they are working full-time, part-time, or unemployed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Completing industry-recognized training modules such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and command-line tools
- Engaging with tutors and mentors for guidance
- Building a portfolio website to showcase their skills
- Participating in real-world projects
- Preparing for job interviews
- During the placement phase, actively seeking employment opportunities with our partner companies, attending interviews, and demonstrating their newly acquired skills
- Post-placement, continuing to develop their expertise through additional training modules designed to enhance their career progression in software development and related fields
