About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a diverse range of clients. Your primary focus will be to understand client requirements, identify top talent, and facilitate a seamless hiring experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is advantageous. A proactive attitude, resilience, and a genuine interest in talent acquisition are key qualities for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant at Sanderson Recruitment, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Advertising vacancies across various platforms and utilizing social media, job boards, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Screening applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline and maintaining regular communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates, providing feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates to foster ongoing partnerships.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
