About The Role
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Software Development training program designed to equip you with essential coding skills and practical experience. Qualifications
While prior experience in coding or software development is not required, successful candidates will possess a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn. Ideal qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; however, a passion for problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude are highly valued. Responsibilities
Participants in the program will undertake a structured learning journey that includes the following responsibilities:
- Engage actively with multimedia-rich video tutorials and online coursework covering HTML and CSS essentials.
- Complete assignments and practical exercises to reinforce learning and develop coding proficiency.
- Participate in tutor-led sessions, mentorship programs, and peer discussions to enhance understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Apply learned skills to real-world projects and simulations to build a professional portfolio.
- Prepare for job placement by developing soft skills, interview techniques, and understanding industry expectations.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and seek support when facing challenges to ensure successful program completion.
