About the role
We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a growing Global Technology team delivering high-impact solutions for clients operating in complex environments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, design effective technical solutions and take ownership across the full software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on engineering excellence, innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with users, stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, high-quality technical solutions.
- Take ownership of end-to-end software development and delivery, with responsibility from an early stage.
- Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to deliver software products and technology projects.
- Review and challenge existing systems, processes and approaches, identifying opportunities for improvement through technical excellence and innovation.
- Apply sound technical judgement to solve complex business and technology challenges.
- Stay up to date with emerging technology, engineering practices and industry trends, identifying opportunities to introduce new ideas and capabilities.

- Strong software engineering and programming skills, with significant experience in one or more of the following: C#/.NET, Java, Rust or Python.
- A genuine passion for technology and an interest in working within a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.
- An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and drive solutions forward.
- Experience managing and delivering development projects across the full software development lifecycle.
- A strong interest in understanding business challenges, developing domain expertise and using technology to create effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.
- Previous experience within Financial Services would be advantageous but is not essential.
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another relevant discipline.
