(1x Back-End, 1x Front-End) Software Developer:
9 Month Contract - Competitive Day Rate Inside IR35
Back-End Software Developer:
- Data-driven decision support through standardised modelling of impacts and outcomes across Strategic Objectives, KPIs, OKRs, and yield to enable balanced and flexible decision-making over time.
- Integrated performance monitoring and reporting combining resourcing, planning, forecasting, performance, with related insights and trends
- Scenario Modelling Module – The ability to test and calculate the simultaneous impact of a suite of discrete decisions packaged up into a scenario
- Impacting Reporting – Visualisation and IU capability that can report the deltas of discrete decisions, scenarios, the cumulative deltas of scenarios, and be able to present trade-off analyses between different decisions or scenarios
- Discrete Decision Impact Calculation – The ability to test and calculate the impact of making a single decision or change to the digital representation model, via direct changes or general business roles

Essential Criteria:
- Hands-on experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong Python programming experience, Posit experience preferred, R is a plus
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools, such as Airflow, Prefect etc
- Solid experience with API development, FastAPI, Flask etc
- Experience with large scale data processing
- Strong understanding of performance optimisation for compute workloads

Front-end Software Developer:
- Data-driven decision support through standardised modelling of impacts and outcomes across Strategic Objectives, KPIs, OKRs, and yield to enable balanced and flexible decision-making over time.
Essential Criteria:
- Hands-on experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD Pipelines
- Proficient Python or R for UI driven analytics apps
- Experience building data heavy interactive dashboards
- Familiarity with API integration and asynchronous workflows
- Experience in front end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) preferred
- Knowledge of performance optimisation in reactive apps
