We're working with a leading organisation dedicated to providing affordable housing services and personal care, driven by technology and innovation to make a significant societal impact.

The Role

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions meeting business and technical specifications
  • Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and maintainable software systems
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and architectural guidelines
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
  • Participate in the design and architecture of software systems, selecting appropriate technologies and patterns
  • Conduct code reviews and implement automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability

What You'll Need

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, and software development frameworks
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
