About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting shortlisted candidates to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industries we serve, and a passion for building lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our clients and candidates. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of client needs, identify top talent, and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process. The role also involves maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment or sales, preferably within a professional services environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous. A passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in helping people find their ideal roles is highly valued.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Creating compelling job descriptions, managing the interview scheduling process, and providing guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Tracking recruitment metrics, generating reports, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
