Software Developer - Graduate Considered
A brilliant opportunity for a Graduate or experienced Developer to work as a Software Developer for an incredibly exciting start-up in Cambridge, which is making technological advances and solutions to support the world of hybrid and remote working. Joining a company founded by experts in their field, who have already realised success with other start-ups, this offers the chance to work in an environment ideally suited to a graduate, filled with technological innovation whilst working on a cutting-edge tech stack.
Location: Cambridge, UK – hybrid working
Salary: £45,000 for a graduate, up to £60,000 for candidates with relevant experience + benefits
Requirements for Software Developer - Graduate Considered
This company values exceptional academics, so is looking for:
- A 1st class honours or high 2.1 degree from a top university in Computer Science or a subject with high Computer Science content
- Minimum of AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
- Ability to code competently in any main language, i.e. C++ / Java / Python / JavaScript or C# – but with a keen willingness to learn new languages
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Absolute willingness to learn, with a proactive nature in asking questions to expand the knowledge base
- Natural ability to quickly pick up and learn new technologies

- Develop software solutions
- Ensure well-designed, easily maintainable, and tested code
- Participate in code reviews
- Design technical solutions
- Support in designing architectures
- Present technical ideas to the team
