About The Role

This role involves participating in our intensive, fully accredited training programs that cover essential web development skills, programming languages, and cloud technologies. Upon successful completion, you will be supported in securing an entry-level position within top UK companies, with a competitive starting salary ranging from £25,000 to £40,000. Qualifications

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with a strong desire to learn and develop a career in IT. While prior experience is not required, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in technology, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but candidates with relevant self-study or prior exposure to coding are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Our training programs are designed to accommodate learners at all levels, providing the necessary foundation to progress into professional roles in software development and related fields.

Responsibilities

Participants will undertake a comprehensive training curriculum structured in four key steps. Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging actively with multimedia-rich online courses covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and command-line tools.
  • Completing practical projects, such as building a portfolio website, to demonstrate their skills.
  • Collaborating with tutors and mentors to troubleshoot issues, refine their coding techniques, and enhance their understanding of industry best practices.
  • Applying their technical knowledge to real-world projects, contributing to team objectives, and continuously developing their skills through on-the-job learning.
  • Attending interviews and job placement sessions arranged by ITOL Recruit to secure their first role in the IT sector.
