Role: Software Developer Oracle
Location: Bristol (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 months - ongoing
Role Type: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Salary: Depending on experience
Role Overview
This is a role rather than project-based, supporting high-priority payroll changes across the business, including pay awards and payroll enhancements. The team works in a DevOps environment.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM/Payroll
- Oracle Cloud applications, Fast Formula, Payroll and Integrations
- OTBI / BI Reporting
- Experience working in a Corporate Services or Shared Services environment.
Technical Experience:
Candidates should have experience with some or all:
- Fast Formula
- Elements
- HCM Extract
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD)
- OTBI/BI Reporting
- SQL/PLSQL
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Additional Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
- Ability to interpret user requirements and work in a demanding environment
- Experience with systems integration, systems design, software engineering, information security and user-focused development
