Role: Software Developer Oracle

Location: Bristol (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 months - ongoing
Role Type: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Salary: Depending on experience

Role Overview

This is a role rather than project-based, supporting high-priority payroll changes across the business, including pay awards and payroll enhancements. The team works in a DevOps environment.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM/Payroll
  • Oracle Cloud applications, Fast Formula, Payroll and Integrations
  • OTBI / BI Reporting
  • Experience working in a Corporate Services or Shared Services environment.

Technical Experience:

Candidates should have experience with some or all:

  • Fast Formula
  • Elements
  • HCM Extract
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD)
  • OTBI/BI Reporting
  • SQL/PLSQL
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Ability to interpret user requirements and work in a demanding environment
