Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and driven developers looking to work with the latest web and mobile technologies. If you keep up with the latest technologies and frameworks, and would like to implement them, then we’d love to meet you.

We believe that programming is a craft, and we’re always looking to push the standards of ourselves and the broader team. We invest in courses and allocate time for us to progress our understanding in front-end, server-side and cloud technologies. As a team, we are continuously reviewing our approach to the codebase, to find new and better ways to build modern applications.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • A thorough grounding in typed programming languages (Java, C#, C++, etc)
  • Familiarity in server-side frameworks such as .Net Core, Node or Spring, along with ORM technologies such as Entity Framework Core
  • Experience with either Angular or React if looking to pursue a front-end role within the team
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes, Flutter or GraphQL would be desirable
  • A degree in Computer Science or similar technical field is preferable, however we also accept entirely self-taught coders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
