TLM Nexus is recruiting for the role of Software Developer. Software Developer role building and supporting applications in multidisciplinary agile teams. The work involves writing maintainable, secure code, contributing to analysis and requirement capture, and helping deliver projects within agreed timelines.

What you’ll do

  • Build and support applications in multidisciplinary agile teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, extensible, efficient and secure code.
  • Adhere to company coding standards and best practices.
  • Absorb, review and contribute to analysis and requirement capture documents.
  • Contribute to project task estimation and delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Report progress, issues and impediments through stand-ups, time and tasks tools, team leads and project management.

What they’re looking for

  • Experience in a commercial role.
  • Experience in a full life-cycle software development environment with multidisciplinary Agile teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A relevant degree level qualification.
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance.
  • Sound understanding of architectural principles and practices and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC 3.5/4.0+ (C#), Microsoft SQL Server and JavaScript or jQuery frameworks.
