Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding candidates across various industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to advise clients effectively.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company’s client base and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
