Role Description
The Software Developer will design, build, and maintain software tools that support Pough Property Group’s home-buying and operations workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Developing back-end services

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate real estate process requirements into scalable technical solutions, as well as optimizing performance and security of existing applications. This is a part-time, remote role, offering flexible hours while requiring reliable availability for scheduled meetings and project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time workload, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with real estate or property management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
