We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer – Remote

We are looking for a senior developer capable of working in a highly automated environment where multiple AI agents write code, execute tasks, perform research and collaborate on the same product.

This role is not simply about developing new features.

You will be responsible for supervising and managing a multi-agent development environment, reviewing the agents' work, modifying code when necessary, resolving conflicts and ensuring that the overall system remains stable, coherent and productive.

Key requirements:

  • Strong Full-Stack engineering experience
  • Excellent coding, code review and debugging skills
  • Strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript experience
  • Experience with backend systems, APIs, databases and modern architectures
  • Experience with LLMs, AI agents or agent orchestration systems
  • Ability to supervise multiple agents and processes simultaneously
  • Git/GitHub and modern development workflows
  • Production deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work fully remotely

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
