About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Recruitment Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industry sectors, and a proven track record of successful placements. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media sourcing tools is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results within tight deadlines is crucial. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition are highly valued traits.
