About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions, building predictive models, and communicating insights to stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and experimental design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
