About The Role

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant professional experience, preferably in staffing, consultancy, or client management, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions, are essential. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving, will be advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing and consultancy solutions that align with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout all client interactions and project executions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery of services.
