About TreQ

Here at TreQ, we are accelerating the path to useful quantum computing by designing, deploying, and operating open-architecture quantum computing infrastructure that evolves as quantum technologies advance. We are shaping the future of quantum computing and as we expand, we are searching for additional Software Engineer (C#/.NET worker services). Your primary responsibility will be building a quantum orchestrator that interfaces directly with external quantum hardware and software. You will also automate software deployments on clean Ubuntu environments and build CI workflows. You will work closely with TreQ’s systems engineers, software lead, and supply chain partners to pioneer open-architecture quantum infrastructure.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer (C#/.NET worker services), your day will see you:

  • Build, document, and maintain quantum orchestration and integration solutions (primarily C# worker services) that interface directly with external quantum hardware.
  • Automate and document software deployments on clean Ubuntu environments using Docker and systemd.
  • Establish, document, maintain, and streamline CI workflows to ensure high software quality.
  • Actively participate in peer code reviews.
  • Self-manage sprint tasks within a fast-moving, collaborative team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
