Qualifications

- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other databases.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients for informed decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client portfolio and promote the company's services.
