Qualifications

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other databases.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients for informed decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the client portfolio and promote the company's services.
