THE ROLE
We're hiring AI Full Stack Software Engineers at multiple levels to join an established, fast-growing software business that's embracing AI at pace across its products. This is a back-end-leaning full stack role (C#/.NET) building and shipping features into real products that businesses genuinely depend on — not greenfield throwaway projects.
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who has already used AI tooling in a product-focused environment. That's central to how this team builds, and it's what will set the strongest applicants apart.
With various levels on offer (£45k–£80k), there's genuine scope here whether you're a solid mid-level engineer or an experienced senior.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
An established, global software business delivering integrated ERP/SaaS solutions to companies across the distributive trades. Their products have been earning their keep for years and are relied on by everyone from small traders to multinational enterprises, with offices across several countries and steady growth behind them.
They're now investing seriously in AI across both their products and their ways of working — so it's a genuinely interesting time to join and help shape what modern, AI-enabled software looks like inside long-lived, business-critical products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
