Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: London or Bristol (Remote-first, 2 days a month onsite)

Salary: Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions for complex business challenges. This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable applications using Java, AWS, and modern front-end technologies in a highly collaborative Agile environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying full stack applications
  • Building scalable back-end services using Java
  • Developing modern, responsive front-end solutions
  • Working within AWS cloud environments to deliver secure and resilient applications
  • Contributing to architecture decisions and technical design discussions
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, stakeholders, and product teams in Agile delivery environments
  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines and software quality best practices
  • Taking ownership of features from concept through to production

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' commercial experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
  • Excellent Java development skills
  • Experience building and deploying applications within AWS
  • Strong front-end development experience with technologies such as React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Agile delivery and CI/CD
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
