Full Stack Software Engineer
Location: London or Bristol (Remote-first, 2 days a month onsite)
Salary: Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
We're looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions for complex business challenges. This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable applications using Java, AWS, and modern front-end technologies in a highly collaborative Agile environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying full stack applications
- Building scalable back-end services using Java
- Developing modern, responsive front-end solutions
- Working within AWS cloud environments to deliver secure and resilient applications
- Contributing to architecture decisions and technical design discussions
- Collaborating closely with engineers, stakeholders, and product teams in Agile delivery environments
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines and software quality best practices
- Taking ownership of features from concept through to production

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' commercial experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
- Excellent Java development skills
- Experience building and deploying applications within AWS
- Strong front-end development experience with technologies such as React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Agile delivery and CI/CD
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
