About The Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate and client interactions within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.
