About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions while managing project risks and resources effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and work with industry-leading clients in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in project management within a technical or IT environment is required. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, infrastructure, and emerging technologies is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders through regular updates and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and post-project evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical insights and assisting in proposal development when required.
