We’re hiring an ultra-low-latency Custom Software Engineer for a 3-month contract delivering an Agency Liquidity expansion project.

- Role: Low-Latency Java Engineer
- Duration: 3 Months (13 Weeks)
- Hours: 40 hrs/week
- Domain: Agency Liquidity / Electronic Trading
What We're Looking For
- Core Java & JVM: Strong zero-GC optimization, JVM tuning, and low-level memory handling (Java Unsafe, JNI, JNR-FFI).
- Concurrency & Systems: Lock-free data structures, multithreading, and reactive/event-driven architectures.
- Low-Level Fundamentals: Knowledge of Linux kernel internals, CPU cache alignment, shared memory/mmap, and TCP/UDP socket programming.
- Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with Aeron messaging.
