About The Role

The role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to join Teksystems as a key contributor to our technology solutions team. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT systems administration, network management, or software development is essential. Strong knowledge of current industry technologies, including cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and enterprise software, is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS are advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a keen aptitude for troubleshooting, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology landscapes. Prior experience working in a client-facing role or within a consulting environment is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client needs and designing tailored IT solutions that align with their business strategies.
  • Implementing and configuring new systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of existing infrastructure to ensure system reliability and uptime.
  • Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Providing technical support and training to end-users.
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative improvements.
  • Documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports for maintaining operational standards and knowledge sharing within the team.
