We're searching for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join a dynamic team within a leading consulting firm, focusing on innovative technology solutions and digital transformation for its diverse client base.
The Role
- Lead the development and maintenance of core backend systems
- Shape the overall cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS, GCP)
- Drive key architectural decisions for platform evolution
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of applications

What You'll Need
- Strong expertise in Python backend development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)
- Proven ability to lead and make architectural decisions
