About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Software Engineer to help design, develop and support technology solutions that are used across our business every day. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and architecture through to development, deployment and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on systems that have genuine operational impact while using modern engineering practices, cloud technologies and automation tooling. You'll help solve real-world business challenges, influence technical decisions and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our digital platforms.

You will be responsible for

  • Design, develop and supporting scalable, secure and reliable software solutions using C#/.NET, cloud-native technologies and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt).
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and engineering practices to enable efficient, automated and high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that provide measurable business value.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve business-critical applications, services and environments, ensuring security, consistency and reliability.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery and team success through participation in ceremonies, architectural discussions, code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

About You

You are a passionate Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building high-quality software and continuously developing your technical skills. With commercial experience in C#/.NET development, you have a strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and are comfortable working within Agile teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will likely have experience working with AWS cloud services, developing REST APIs and distributed applications, and building or supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using tools such as Azure DevOps. You are confident using Git for version control and collaborative development and have exposure to modern technologies including Terraform and Terragrunt (Infrastructure as Code), Kafka and Kubernetes. You value clean, maintainable code, embrace continuous improvement and enjoy contributing to a culture of learning, teamwork and engineering excellence.
