Software Engineer with Unisys Expertise

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong Unisys expertise to support the delivery and evolution of core banking technology. You will apply specialist platform knowledge to develop, maintain and improve reliable software solutions within a collaborative UK and offshore delivery environment.
Location: UK based
Basis: 12-month fixed term contract
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance software solutions within a Unisys environment.
- Apply specialist Unisys knowledge to analyse requirements and shape technical solutions.
- Investigate and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Support testing, release and implementation activities.
- Produce clear technical documentation for solutions and support processes.
- Collaborate effectively with UK and offshore teams and relevant stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable software engineering experience in Unisys environments.
- Strong hands-on Unisys platform expertise.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience working across distributed UK and offshore teams.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
