Software Engineer (Back-End, Front-End or Full-Stack)
We're looking for Software Engineers to join an exciting deep tech AI start-up on the brink of hypergrowth. Currently at seed stage and backed by the VCs behind Anthropic, they're aiming to grow to 500 people within five years, so now is the moment to get in early and help shape what comes next.
You'll be at the forefront of AI for autonomous systems, solving a problem that's holding entire industries back, and building the software that changes that. Rather than replacing existing, it sits on top and makes it smarter, bringing robots, sensors, vehicles and data together as one. From mission critical operations to disaster response in the world's most remote places, your work will make a real difference where it counts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
