About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing key IT projects, supporting infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technological systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to technology management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS are highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management is required. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, cloud computing, and database management is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development are also important.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard organizational data and systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to ensure optimal operation.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident reports for future reference and compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance IT infrastructure.
