About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Golang to join our high-impact HFT team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing cutting-edge trading platforms and algorithms that operate at lightning-fast speeds. As a core contributor, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance trading systems that handle vast amounts of real-time data globally. You will collaborate with a team of senior professionals, including quantitative modelers, machine learning experts, and other software engineers, to create innovative solutions that drive the company's trading success. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex systems that demand precision, efficiency, and scalability, all within a flexible, remote-first, and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of programming experience, with strong proficiency in Go/Golang or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure to build and manage data pipelines.
- Experience working with high-performance, mission-critical systems, ideally within trading platforms, banking, air traffic control, or sports betting environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a mathematical and statistical mindset, coupled with a systems-focused approach to software development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, security protocols, and long-term technical planning is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and analyze multiple high-performance trading and algorithmic platforms capable of processing large-scale data streams in real-time.
- Implement features that enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring robust security measures and efficient workflows.
- Engage in innovative research projects, exploring new metrics, analytical methods, and data applications to improve trading strategies.
- Maintain and improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize code for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards.
