About The Role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure, as well as familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions to enhance the functionality of our platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Assist in identifying technical challenges and proposing innovative solutions to improve platform capabilities.
  • Support deployment processes and monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
