About The Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every stage of the hiring process.
